Maintenance Technician / Engineer

Job Summary Responsible in overall maintenance activities and implement best practices and value-added cost control for overall maintenance operation. Primary function

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on printing presses and label related machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
• Minimize downtime by quickly identifying and resolving equipment failures
• Install and calibrate new machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
• Collaborate with production teams to improve machine efficiency and performance
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of critical spare parts to minimize downtime
• Identify areas for improvement in machine performance and propose enhancement
