**Job Description**

The Machine Maintenance Technician diagnoses and resolves equipment breakdowns on the manufacturing floor while prioritizing safety, minimizing downtime, and optimizing production efficiency. This role focuses primarily on responding to machine calls and breakdowns, with additional responsibility for performing predictive and preventive maintenance to keep production equipment running at peak performance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on production machinery as breakdowns occur on the manufacturing floor.
+ Respond to machine calls and breakdowns, dedicating approximately 85% of time to reactive maintenance activities.
+ Perform scheduled and predictive maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment according to established maintenance schedules.
