Maintenance Technician (HVAC) - Manitoba Harvest (Winnipeg, MB - onsite) Job Summary: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibility is to perform maintenance activities, including installing, inspecting, replacing, and repairing components, as well as troubleshooting manufacturing systems and building services. In addition, you will provide technical support to production teams to maximize production uptime and ensure the optimal functioning of production equipment and facilities. This position plays a critical role in reducing production downtime, implementing and maintaining maintenance programs, performing preventive maintenance, and effectively troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
