Maintenance Technician

• Perform maintenance and repairing works of machines and equipment.
• Perform all general maintenance task of the plant facilities.
• Able to read Electrical diagram and hydraulic diagram.
• Conduct periodic routine checklist on equipment and machine to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Strong knowledge in blow moulding machine and extruder system.
• Understanding in reading PLC sequence and can troubleshooting PLC system.
• Able to create relay contact control system.
• Able to troubleshoot failure system and machine blow moulding.
• Knowledge in testing of electrical tools with voltmeters, clampmeter, multimeter and ohmmeters.
• Upkeep and maintain critical spare parts inventory.
• Adhering to safety and performance standards.
• Proper housekeeping after each maintenance works.
