Maintenance Technician

Purpose

This role ensures smooth facility operations through the proper maintenance of air-conditioning systems in both the service center and office areas. Reliable climate control is essential for equipment performance, employee comfort, and a safe and efficient working environment for both staff and company assets.

Key mission

• Planning and managing activities related to facilities management, including purchasing needs for facilities and air-conditioning systems.
• Performing cleaning, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioners across the service center and office areas.
• Executing scheduled Air Conditioning tasks (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual).
• Coordinating with vendors for Air Conditioning and electrical maintenance.
• Overseeing facility air-conditioning operations, including repairs, utility management, and preventive maintenance.
