Maintenance Technician

Food Journal is the F&B arm of PE Land Sdn Bhd, operating pioneering lifestyle establishments and event spaces such as Keeper's Ground, Old Court House, Commons, Roots, the Dens, and Tables & Tales Foodhall.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and carry out daily installation, maintenance and repair works as per checklist and schedule.
• Maintain filter and strainer for AHU, FCU, Pump, Water Feature, all M&E equipment etc.
• Assist in inspection, testing and service of all fire protection system.
• Troubleshoot and attend to minor mechanical and electrical defects reported by outlets.
• Coordinate with contractor in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building system.
• Carry out any necessary building related work such as masonry, painting, carpentry, drainage, electrical piping plumbing and etc.
