Maintenance Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To perform periodical preventive maintenance of all vehicle inspection equipment in respective PUSPAKOM branch as per SOP.
• Assist/perform quarterly preventive maintenance as per scheduled by the Technical Executive.
• To perform troubleshooting and repairs of any abnormality and faulty of vehicle in spection equipment as per flow chat in the SOP.
• To update equipment history log and downtime report on daily basis in order to monitor equipment downtime meeting KPI set.
• To assist personnel from HQ or Technical Executive for repairing, modification, calibration, installation/dismantling and planned preventive maintenance works of vehicle inspection equipment.
• Responsible axle weigher equipment performance as follows:
• Report any breakdown /failure to the appointed vendor for immediate repairing.
• To monitor any repairing works ensuring the equipment recovery within set timing.
