Maintenance Technician

Job Description:
- Perform emergency repairs

• Keeping documents of inspections and problems

• Repair faulty or broken machine parts

• Performing preventive maintenance

• Complies with all safety regulations

• Install appliances and equipment

• Maintain clean and safe workplace

• Inspect equipment and facilities and maintain inventory

• Follow safety rules

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent

• with related work experience for 6 months - 1 year

- Attention to detail, Multiskilled technician, Air conditioning repair, Electrical work, Installation skills, Routine inspection capabilities, NC II trainings

- Ability to follow maintenance schedules and protocols

- Strong problem-solving skills, Reliability, Good communication skills
