Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Stay-In Maintenance Technician to live on-site and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a private villa used for guest stays. The technician will be responsible for ensuring all systems and amenities are functional, safe, and well-maintained. The position includes accommodation within the villa for 6 days per week, with 1 designated rest day off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Address and resolve guest or staff-reported maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
• Handle minor repairs, including carpentry, painting, tiling, and appliance servicing.
• Maintain and clean technical areas, tool rooms, and outdoor facilities (e.g., garden, pool, pathways).
