Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• To adhere HSE requirement and perform safe work in workplace.
• To ensure and maintain good 5S practice in workplace and maintenance workshop.
• To communicate efficiently among peers and superior.
• Provide electrical, instrument and mechanical maintenance to the plant on a reactive and preventative basis.
• To assist maintain machine spare part inventory level.
• To improve downtime by complying with MDT (Mean Down Time) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure).
• To perform breakdown diagnosis, rectification works of production machinery, facility equipment, R&D laboratory equipment and Logistic equipment.
• Execute maintenance duties as directed by superior.
• Fast respond during emergency and breakdown of machines.
• Communicate with the other shifts the status of parts, equipment and any other matters that might have an impact on their job through verbal and written means. <...
