Maintenance Technician

Admin Technician oversee all activities inside a company premises, making sure that facility scope and its standards are met and arranging for repairs when needed.

Ensure that furniture, structures and system (Plumbing, FDAS and air conditioners) are checked on a regular basis and identify needs for repairs and renovations.

Multi Skilled Technician duties include:

• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (FDS, Aircon, Alarms)
• Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
• Perform maintenance of plumbing (replace faucet, bidet, leak, etc.)
• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other facility concern and conduct repairs when necessary
