Responsible for maintaining a facilities equipment and structures, ensuring they are in good working order and safe for use
Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment
Handles necessary repairs and maintenance
Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning fixtures
Making minor repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC equipment
Painting, repairing floors, and fixing drywall
Maintaining and repairing furniture, including moving and arranging it for events. Adhere strictly to the mall house rules and be aware of any mall-related practices
