About the role

As a Multi Skilled Technician / Maintenance Technician at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.', you will be responsible for providing essential maintenance and technical support services to our client's facility in Taft Avenue Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the property.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various building systems and equipment
2. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair issues with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
3. Conduct routine inspections and identify potential problems to address them proactively
4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards
