  Qualifications and Requirements 
 The team is seeking a candidate with a high school diploma or GED with 3 - 5 years of experience in any of the following: HVAC, plumbing, or electrical, OR a vocational school graduate with a focus on similar trades and 1-2 years of work experience.
 Must possess a valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
 
  Required Skills 
 Computer proficiency required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or Gmail. Ability to learn new software.
 Interest in finding new ways to work more efficiently.
 Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills using the English language required.
 Prefer the candidate has well-developed interpersonal skills to work with a variety of people both on the team and across the campus.
