Job Description

                    To adhere HSE requirement and perform safe work in workplace. 
To ensure and maintain good 5S practice in workplace and maintenance workshop. 
To communicate efficiently among peers and superior. 
Provide electrical, instrument and mechanical maintenance to the plant on a reactive and preventative basis. 
To assist maintain machine spare part inventory level. 
To improve downtime by complying with MDT (Mean Down Time) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure). 
To perform breakdown diagnosis, rectification works of production machinery, facility equipment, R&D laboratory equipment and Logistic equipment. 
Execute maintenance duties as directed by superior. 
Fast respond during emergency and breakdown of machines. 
Communicate with the other shifts the status of parts, equipment and any other matters that might have an impact on their job through verbal and written means.
