Maintenance Technician (Metal Mecánica)

Job Summary
Facilities/Maintenance technicians operate and maintain facilities equipment, including building controls, fire protection systems, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). They are responsible for the maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of utilities equipment, maintaining the physical structure of the establishment and general electrical systems in an industrial, cGMP regulated facility. Utilities equipment includes chillers, boilers, air handling units, exhaust ventilation, dehumidifiers, cooling towers, compressed air systems, reheat, fire prevention, emergency power generators, water treatment, UPS and environmental control systems. They document all maintenance activities on the site computer maintenance management system (CMMS).
