NHS Lanarkshire is thrilled to announce exciting opportunities for Modern Apprenticeships in Maintenance at University Hospital Monklands.

As a trainee, your pay is determined as a percentage of qualified staff salary, in accordance with Annex 21 of the Agenda for Change terms and conditions. You will be paid 60% of the salary in year 1. Salary will be reviewed annually in accordance with the Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions, ensuring fair and structured progression throughout your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme, you will transition to the appropriate salary scale for the role, reflecting your new qualifications and responsibilities.
