Maintenance Technician

We are currently hiring a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring facilities and equipment are in safe, working condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, swimming pool maintenance , appliances, water tank etc.)
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Document work performed and report major issues
• Perform routine maintenance and general repairs throughout the property
• Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems
• Identify and troubleshoot common air conditioning problems (cooling issue...
