Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician – Food Manufacturing is responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of food processing and packaging machinery. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment while maintaining strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Technical/Vocational graduate in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food-grade equipment standards and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and machine manuals.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
