Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Officer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimal functioning of all restaurant outlets within the chain. This includes handling equipment such as freezers, air conditioners, kitchen appliances, and other essential systems. The role requires being on-call to address maintenance issues as they arise, ensuring that the restaurant operations run smoothly without disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Equipment:
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on essential restaurant equipment, including freezers, refrigerators, air conditioning units, ovens, stoves, and other kitchen appliances.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and ensure kitchen operations continue efficiently.
• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety standards, health regulations, and company policies.
