Maintenance Technician

Qualified maintenance technicians are needed with the following experience, skills, and availability:

+ HVAC Certification

+ EPA Universal Certification

+ General Electrical Work Knowledge

+ General Plumbing Knowledge

+ Light Carpentry Experience

+ General Maintenance and Repair

+ Self-Transportation is Required

+ 40 Hours Per Week (variable)

+ Alternating Emergency On Call



Work-Load Expectancies (All job duties are not listed, 3-6 Stores)

+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and/or HVAC

+ Building repair and maintenance

+ Planned maintenance and equipment upkeep (Ice machines, cooking equipment, facility equipment, etc)

+ Communicate status updates for part order(s) and repairs with store and direct supervisor.

+ Complete service calls accurately and timely
