Maintenance Technician

Sunway Senior Living Sdn Bhd – Sunway, Selangor

Conduct daily inspections of all essential equipment as per the maintenance checklist and ensure immediate repairs where needed.

Monitor and verify that all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems are functioning well.

Regularly observe the physical and operational condition of building infrastructure, furniture and fittings and report any issues requiring attention.

Oversee and assess the quality and timeliness of work performed by outsourced contractors.

Carry out minor electrical repairs, basic plumbing work and light carpentry tasks.

Handle painting, wall patching and touch-up maintenance.

Job Requirement

• Holds certification in Mechanical / Electrical.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in general building maintenance industry.
• Specialized in at least 1 of the Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance.
