Job Description
1. Preventive Maintenance
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Follow scheduled maintenance plans to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
Record maintenance activities and report equipment condition.
2. Corrective Maintenance
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC faults.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
Replace or repair defective parts using appropriate tools and methods.
3. Facility Maintenance
Maintain building systems such as lighting, wiring, water supply, drainage, doors, locks, and fixtures.
Carry out minor civil works including patching, painting, and basic carpentry.
Ensure cleanliness and functionality of plant rooms and work areas.

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
