MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at U Mall, based in Taman Universiti Johor, this full-time role will see you play a key part in the smooth running and operations of our residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

• Perform daily building maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing and water systems.
• Service and monitor air-conditioning systems.
• Carry out structural, carpentry, and painting works when required.
• Ensure upkeep of mall exterior and common areas.
• Provide safety and emergency support during incidents or power failures.
