Maintenance Technician

· Troubleshoot and apply fixes to machines breakdowns

· Conduct regular machine/equipment inspections

· Conduct internal equipment services/planned maintenance tasks as per schedule

· Update and manage maintenance schedules

· Monitor and liaise with external contractors

· Update and manage job cards and schedules

· Responsible for general upkeep tasks, including but not limited to painting, building repairs and maintenance, general plumbing/electrical/carpentry fixes.

· Applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensuring facilities are tidy and functional.

· Check control panels and other general maintenance problems to identify issues

· Install appliances and equipment

· Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and other normal maintenance requirements
