Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician / Artisan to support high-volume automotive production through effective preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance on automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive and predictive maintenance on CNC machines, robotics, conveyors, presses, welding machines, and assembly lines
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
• Respond to breakdowns to minimise production downtime
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
• Maintain motors, gearboxes, sensors, PLC-controlled systems, and control panels
• Support production during machine setups, changeovers, and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, LOTO, 5S, and automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
• Capture maintenance activities accurately in CMMS
