Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of all essential equipment as per the maintenance checklist and ensure immediate repairs where needed.
• Monitor and verify that all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems are functioning well.
• Regularly observe the physical and operational condition of building infrastructure, furniture and fittings and report any issues requiring attention.
• Oversee and assess the quality and timeliness of work performed by outsourced contractors.
• Carry out minor electrical repairs, basic plumbing work and light carpentry tasks.
• Handle painting, wall patching and touch-up maintenance.

Qualifications

• Holds certification in Mechanical / Electrical.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in general building maintenance industry.
• Specialized in at least 1 of the Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance.
