**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

This role oversees maintenance and repair activities for equipment, machinery, electrical and power systems, as well as building structures, grounds, and facility systems to ensure uninterrupted operations. The position leads a team of maintenance technicians, manages a building safety program, and supports assigned operational projects while promoting a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. These are ENTRY LEVEL roles, we are looking to hire individuals with basic electrical and mechanical knowledge and training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage and direct the daily activities of maintenance technicians across all areas of the building, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
+ Train maintenance technicians in their assignments, providing on-the-job coaching, guidance, and support to build technical and professional capabilities.
