Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring the operational uptime of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and facility utilities, adhering strictly to GMP and safety standards.
- Key tasks include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and maintaining equipment logs.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Execute scheduled routine inspections and repairs on production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- GMP & Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA, and site-specific safety regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work orders, maintenance logs, and calibration reports.
- Installation & Support: Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ).
