Maintenance Technician/Utility Personnel

Multi Skilled Technician:

• Routine inspection of all common areas of the managed property. This includes all Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary rooms applicable.
• Regular checking of electrical panel boards, FDAS panel boards, and other electrical outlets and or equipment's.
• Reports any abnormalities to the Administration Manager through a written report.
• Performs electrical troubleshooting in case of power tripping or if a power outlet/source has turn offline.
• Assist Administration Manager and QSHE Manager in formulating preventive maintenance and improvement plans for the premises.
• Attends to job request and other emergency job whenever necessary
• Perform other task as may be assigned
• Additional task in case needed - Assist in monitoring of fit out works and reports any non-compliance/violations of contractors inside the premises
