Ensure maximum availability and reliability of automotive production equipment, in compliance with safety, quality, and cost objectives.
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on wiring harness production machines and automated equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation failures, with a strong focus on wiring and crimping processes.
Carry out mechanical adjustments related to cable cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, and connector assembly.
Intervene on workstations and End-of-Line (EOL) systems, including cameras, sensors, vision systems, and fiber optics.
Analyze breakdowns using root cause analysis methods (5 Why, Ishikawa) and implement corrective actions.
Record and track maintenance activities in SAP PM (work orders, spare parts, preventive plans).
