Job Description

 
  Maintenance 
 Maintenance is responsible for performing regular preventative maintenance on tools, machines/equipment and plant facilities including inspections and keeping records up to date.
  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITY: 
 Perform regular preventative maintenance on tools, machines/equipment, and plant facilities.
 Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
 Diagnose problems as they arise, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
 Report faulty operations, defective tools/equipment and/or unusual situations to supervisor.
 Maintain equipment parts & supplies inventories. Check stock; determine inventory levels, anticipating needed parts & supplies.
 Record repairs on work orders for all completed repairs
 Opening & closing of facilities
 Pick ups/deliveries, local & otherwise
 Clean-up & organization of Maintenance room
