MAINTENANCE WORKER

Summary This position is located at the Unaccompanied Housing (UH) Office at Naval Station Norfolk. The purpose of this position is to perform UH Barracks and Dormitory facilities minor maintenance repairs, involving two or more of the skilled trades. Incumbent performs intermediate-level tasks and works more independently as training and experience increase. Responsibilities Ensures security of all Unaccompanied Housing residents is always maintained. Ensures Unaccompanied Housing residents' privacy is always maintained. The incumbent is responsible for a variety of semi-skilled and unskilled tasks involving standard methods related to the operation and maintenance of physical plant facilities .
