Maintenance Worker

Summary Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. For these vacancies, one position will work from late November through October. The other position will work late December through late November. These positions will be in a non-pay status for the remainder of the year. Responsibilities This position is located in Lake Clark National Park and Preserve in the Maintenance Division. Duties of the position include, but are not limited to the following: Perform carpentry tasks including repairing and installing building components (doors, windows, trim, cabinets, siding, steps) using standard hand and power tools. Apply paints and stains to interior/exterior surfaces; prepares surfaces; clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
