Maintenence Engineer - Days

Job Purpose

The Maintenance Engineer will support the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all site assets by providing reactive and planned maintenance across production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. Strengthening the existing maintenance team and reducing reliance on reactive fixes, contractors, and downtime-driven interventions.

The position is primarily day-based, with the expectation to provide shift and out-of-hours cover when required to support business continuity.

Major Job Responsibilities

Maintenance & Reliability

* Respond to breakdowns across the site, supporting production areas including pre-press, print, cut & crease, finishing, and dispatch.

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities in line with the site CMMS (C-Works).

* Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and implement permanent corrective solutions where possible.
