Maint/eng Assoc Engineer (Funza)

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Reliability
• Maximize technical availability of equipment plant, promoting and introducing analytical problem‑solving techniques to maximize overall asset effectiveness.
• Deliver all drawings and equipment documentation for new equipment on site. 100% of these should be available as a soft copy and attached to the CMMS.
• Cooperate with engineering team to identify and eliminate potential losses at the design stage. Stable machine cycle time and increased mean time between failure (MTBF).
• Integrate new equipment into existing lines. Deterioration is easily measured and corrected. Routine maintenance tasks are easy to perform and carried out by internal personnel. Short MTTR.
• Do a critical analysis for all new spare parts recommended related to technical documentation.
• Develop predictive routines like thermographies and vibrations.
