Major Corrective Specialist - Canada (m/f/d)

Position Summary The role of Major Correctives Specialist directly supports the company’s mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As a Major Correctives Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and executing on‑site Major Correctives projects designated within the Services Department. Major Correctives are considered Major Component replacements using lifting equipment (cranes) and major component repairs up tower such as a Gearbox or a Generator. You will safely direct and mentor technicians to install and replace turbine major components. You will review manuals and schematic diagrams to determine the tasks, tools, equipment, and parts needed, coordinate the plan of the day, help troubleshoot turbine issues (problem‑solving), and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the technicians assigned to the project.
