Major Customer Manager

The Responsibilities associated with this position include:

1. Key Account Management

• Develop key account business plans
• Ensure the contract is executed accordingly
• Monitor and ensure sales revenues/profitability targets through selling
• Implement price adjustments and profitability improvement program
• Improve and sustain products/services level to customer's expectation

2. New Business Development

• Win all new business from existing customer in the market & new opportunities by introducing new PSO's

3. Customer partnership building

• Develop a strong relationship with customer at all levels
• Build a sustainable Customer intimacy program
• Leads the negotiation of the commercial terms of the supply contract
