The Major Gift Officer (MGO) at Convention of States Action (COSA) will manage his/her own portfolio of major gift prospects and donors. The MGO will work closely with the SVP of External Relations (Fundraising) to develop and implement strategies for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors and prospects with the capacity for a major gift of $10,000 to $1 million and above. The MGO will build strong long-term relationships with his/her caseload, composed of generous donors to the organization who are committed to its mission. This is a great opportunity for a smart, hard-working person with development experience. This role reports to the SVP of External Relations.
