What you'll do
You will report to the Service Desk Lead
You will help with Major Incident Management support including, status assessments, engagement of teams, whiteboard updates and communications, and general incident management during major incidents.
You will serve as the initial contact and facilitator for system-generated events regarding multiple systems and environments throughout the entire CSG environment.
