Major Projects Manager

Purpose of the role

To lead and manage client relationships and interfaces across the Senior Leadership Team on Major Projects:

• Manage the customer relationships at Mersey Heat, Vistry and other cross-functional projects / clients as may be assigned by the Associate Director
• Set delivery strategies as appropriate to the service being managed
• Create, maintain and manage process maps for end-to-end service delivery for major projects, agreed with SLT and ensure delivery for clients against process gates
• Ensure projects and services are compliant with a changing legislative framework and that legislative and client governance requirements are met
• Working with the Associate Director, ensure that delivery partners are working to contract in support of / with support from appropriate SLT members in all areas of delivery
