Role Purpose
The Sales Associate is responsible for customer satisfaction and achieve best possible sales results serving customers in the shop and providing with their needs in a suitable manner in order to ensure a high level of customer service




Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, serve and provide them with their needs in a suitable manner with a high level of customer service

Assist customers in their demanded products and in their purchase decisions, offering them suitable advices
Arrange and replenish throughout the day the displayed items on structures ensuring that the shop floor and structures are tidy and well organized at all times

Arrange and display received merchandise under the control of the Shop Manager keeping the merchandise well displayed
Fill information for any alteration needed in the alteration book after taking measurements in collaboration with tailor when needed for any detail
