• Manage and oversee the maintenance and operation of mall facilities and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the implementation of energy-efficient practices within the mall.
• Prepare detailed reports on facility performance and maintenance issues.

Requirements
