Mall Engineer

The Mall/MEPFS Engineer ensures the integrated design and operational efficiency of Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Safety systems. You will bridge the gap between construction blueprints and hospitality standards, ensuring that guest comfort, building safety, and energy efficiency are maintained at world-class levels.

Job Descriptions:

• Review technical drawings for HVAC (Mechanical), piping (Plumbing), power distribution (Electrical), and life safety systems (Fire) to ensure they meet building codes and luxury hospitality standards.
• Oversee contractors during the construction phase to ensure installations match the MPEFS specifications and Boosterfoods, Inc. quality benchmarks.
• Ensure all fire suppression and alarm systems are 100% compliant with local fire codes and international safety standards.
• Optimize electrical and mechanical systems for energy efficiency.
