Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, motivate, and guide a diverse operations team across multiple malls.
• Foster collaboration with Marcom, Leasing, Mall Management, Customer Relations, Accounts, and other departments.
• Provide ongoing staff training, development, and performance management.
Mall Operations & Administration
• Oversee and coordinate operations across several malls to ensure consistency and efficiency.
