JOB DESCRIPTION – MALL PATROL
The EMPLOYEE is hereby engaged for the position of Mall Patrol, and shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:
a. Access Control – Monitor, manage, and secure all designated entry and exit points to ensure that only authorized individuals are granted access to the premises.
b. Patrolling – Conduct regular and systematic patrols of assigned areas to maintain order, deter unlawful activities, and ensure the safety and security of the mall, its occupants, and property.
c. Incident Response – Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and requests for assistance in accordance with established procedures.
d. Reporting – Accurately document and submit timely reports regarding security incidents, observations, violations, and any irregularities to the designated authority or supervisor.
