Job Description

                    Functieomschrijving/>Act as the primary service contact on
site, responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of
maintenance and service activities.
Ensure
that all preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out on
time and according to agreements.
Manage
service requests, register malfunctions, and coordinate follow-up
actions with internal and external technicians.

Provide first-line troubleshooting, escalate when
necessary, and order spare parts when required.

Maintain strong daily communication with hospital
departments, medical instrument services, and Trinamics
colleagues.
Create monthly performance reports
and discuss results with stakeholders.
Monitor
service progress to balance service levels, costs, and
productivity.
Actively contribute to the
improvement of service processes for both the client and
Trinamics.
