Working closely with Business Development and leadership teams, you will drive initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage oversight of client service portfolios
• Collaborate on strategy with executive leadership teams
• Liaise between internal teams and sponsors
• Develop trackers and tools for client metrics
• Participate in governance and review meetings
