Managed Print Services (MPS) Consultant

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ print environments (hardware, software, workflows).
• Analyze print usage patterns, costs, and potential security risks.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Create tailored MPS proposals based on client requirements.
• Design comprehensive solutions including device selection, software integration, and SLAs.
• Recommend enhancements for print efficiency, data protection, and sustainability.
• Integrate new solutions with existing IT infrastructure and workflows.
• Oversee deployment activities with minimal disruption to client operations.
• Configure and optimize printers, scanners, and software tools.
• Conduct user training on devices and best practice.
• Monitor print systems and resolve issues proactively.
• Analyze data to spot usage trends and suggest further optimization.
