 We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Property sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager / Managed Service Apartments Manager to oversee a portfolio of over 50 luxury serviced apartments spread across Central London & Wembley, and overseas.
  Property Manager / Managed Service Apartments Manager’s Core Duties 
 Enhance the standard and quality of all properties in the portfolio
 Ensure the properties are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance
 Manager a team of staff to uphold standards
 Maintain the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the properties
 Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
 Work closely with third party contractors for cleaning and maintenance
 Identify initiatives to boost the brand and firm reputation
